RepBuddy
Camera-counted pushups with a daily crew challenge
A pushup tracker that counts your reps in the browser — point your camera at yourself and in-browser pose detection (TensorFlow.js MoveNet, with a no-camera Tap fallback) tallies each rep via an elbow-angle state machine. Finishing a set starts a daily group round: your crew is pinged live and has 24h to match your number or sit out that round only, so a miss never lingers. Wins, per-exercise leaderboards (crew / global / crews), and live crew boards are all derived — never stored counters — over Socket.IO and Web Push.

ColonyCareSide project
Community cat-colony management
A shared digital record for trap-neuter-return volunteer groups: cat profiles with photo/video galleries, medical timelines with due-date reminders, feeding logs with attendance-based "last seen" alerts, public share pages with Open Graph unfurls, and Leaflet maps with location-privacy fuzzing for non-members. Trust & safety is built in — admin approval and member-only contact visibility.
